The website is operated by LUXARO LLC, doing business as LUXARO Skincare, referred to throughout these Terms as "LUXARO," "we," "us," or "our."

By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, enrolling in a subscription, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

Individuals under the age of legal majority may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. LUXARO Products

11. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

LUXARO may offer recurring product subscriptions through the LUXARO Club or another subscription program.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize LUXARO and its payment service providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription according to the frequency, price, and terms displayed when you enroll.

Depending on the subscription selected, recurring shipments may occur approximately every 14 days, every 30 days, monthly, or according to another interval displayed at checkout.

Subscription prices, discounts, shipment frequency, and benefits will be disclosed when you enroll.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions continue until canceled.

You may cancel or manage an eligible subscription using the subscription management options provided through our website or by contacting LUXARO.

To avoid an upcoming recurring charge, cancellation should be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

If an order has already been processed before a cancellation request is received, that order may still be subject to our normal return and refund policies.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or benefits. When required, notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

12. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

Discount codes, promotional offers, referral offers, subscription discounts, giveaways, bundles, and other promotions may be subject to separate terms.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Discounts have no cash value.
Promotions may be limited to one per customer or household.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, offensive, unrelated to the product, infringes another person's rights, or otherwise violates our policies.

We do not require customers to provide only positive reviews.

14. Intellectual Property

The LUXARO name, LUXARO logo, BAWD branding, product names, slogans, graphics, packaging designs, photographs, videos, website content, product descriptions, advertising materials, and other brand elements are owned by LUXARO LLC or used under applicable authorization.

Our website and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, imitate, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of LUXARO intellectual property to you.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Commit fraud
Provide false or misleading information
Interfere with website security
Introduce malware or harmful code
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Scrape or harvest data without authorization
Infringe intellectual property rights

This section does not affect warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUXARO LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.
